New Year – New Start – Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic equipment

Recycling Balers/Waste Compactors/Choppers/Bin Tippers

Salary £12-£15 per Hour, dependant on relevant experience & training needs

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Joining a small and friendly team of engineers at our workshops in Warmley, Bristol
• Job is factory based 80% of the time + 20% time on site work away from location (vehicle provided when needed or traveling with others)
• Job: To inspect New machinery and repair/refurbish all types of waste processing machinery in house (Recycling Balers and waste compactors) and to assist and react to client’s needs on breakdown/service/maintenance schedules at external sites.
• Service, maintenance and fault finding, including PLC interrogation, electrical circuit fault finding, hydraulic component failures etc.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Ideally – Apprenticed, ONC qualified or other relevant qualifications considered including experience within the industry.
• Electrical qualifications needed to include working with 3 phase & if possible 18th Edition certified
• Hydraulic systems experience and ability to read electrical & hydraulic drawings
• The exact salary and package will depend on experience, training needs and will be discussed at interview stage + Pension, plus Annual Profit Share scheme
• Normal Hours of work – 8.30am to 5.30pm – Monday to Friday
